Recently, the WEB  received a grant from MA Climate Action Network for video equipment to expand our education and outreach to the diverse residents of Worcester and beyond. We have nifty ideas for short, engaging, informative videos to market over social media and some more substantive shows for local access TV, many of them highlighting our collaboration with other groups in Worcester that work to raise awareness of and address issues of environmental health & justice (the Regional Environmental Council; the Habitat for Humanity Restore store; a local Sierra Club Team, etc.)

The grant only partially funds what we need to make video an effective, ongoing part of our work.  We are raising the balance on an online fund-raising site:  http://worcesterenergybarnraisers.chipin.com/mypages/view/id/1673e4086bf05d5b

Even very small donations add up!  The more people who chip in, the more we can demonstrate that our project has support. We're accepting and appreciating donations from $2.00 on up! We hope you will visit the link and check out our project.
